TK99 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing or using any part of the TK99 platform — including the website, the TK99 mobile app, sports betting markets, fish games, bingo rooms, promotions and any other service offered under the TK99 brand — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any TK99 service. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clearly understood by players based in Pakistan. If anything is unclear, please contact support before using the service.

To register and use TK99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TK99 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing TK99 as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative for a third party.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion or account suspension issued by TK99.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

TK99 serves players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gaming platform of this type is consistent with local laws and regulations that apply to you personally. TK99 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Each player is permitted to hold one TK99 account only. Creating duplicate accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information where required. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify TK99 support immediately.
• TK99 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel — treat any such request as suspicious and report it.

TK99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid identification document. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended.

All transactions on TK99 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallet options as available at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your TK99 account balance once the payment has been confirmed through the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically confirmed quickly under normal conditions, while bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Check the deposit page for current minimums.
• TK99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources. TK99 may request documentation to confirm the origin of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and applies to all players.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account. The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your TK99 account.
• If a bonus is active on your account, you may need to meet applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. See Section 6 for bonus and wagering rules.
• TK99 aims to process standard withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements, public holidays or payment provider delays.

TK99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, fish game free credits and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.

The following general rules apply to all TK99 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above with a verified TK99 account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. The wagering requirement for a specific offer is stated on the promotion detail page. Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, fish game rounds and bingo tickets may carry different contribution rates — these are specified per promotion.
• TK99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering on an active bonus will not be affected by mid-campaign changes.

TK99 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and other domestic and international fixtures. • All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is offered and currently active on a market.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected fixtures. In-play odds move in real time and market availability during a live event is not guaranteed.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise unable to reach a conclusive result, TK99 will settle bets in accordance with its sport-specific settlement rules. Generally, bets are voided and stakes are returned unless a result has already been determined.
• TK99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are visible on the betting slip before confirmation.

TK99 offers a range of games including fish shooting games, bingo, slots and live casino titles. All games are operated using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics as appropriate to each game type.

• Game outcomes are determined by the underlying game mechanics and cannot be influenced by TK99 or by players outside of normal in-game decisions.
• Fish game jackpots, bingo prize pools and slot payout rates are as specified within each game's information panel.
• Players must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that provides an unfair advantage in any TK99 game. Discovery of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Game sessions interrupted by disconnection or technical issues will be handled according to TK99's technical incident policy. In most cases, sessions are recovered from the last confirmed server-side state.
• TK99 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own device failure, internet disconnection or power outage during an active game session.

TK99 takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never place financial or personal stress on a player or their family. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings at any time.
• Session reminders: Players can configure session-length notifications to prompt a break after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can apply a self-exclusion period through their account. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits or bets can be placed.
• TK99 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We do not market to or knowingly accept registrations from persons under 18.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK99 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household or payment method.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to TK99.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the TK99 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds or to circumvent verification procedures.
• Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or in coordination with individuals involved in a sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through your payment provider (a chargeback) while retaining any associated winnings or bonuses.
• Any conduct intended to defraud TK99, other players or third-party payment providers.

TK99 cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities in the investigation of fraudulent activity. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

TK99 collects and processes personal data to operate your account, process transactions and communicate with you about your account and promotions. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data TK99 holds about you by contacting support.
• By registering, you consent to receiving account-related communications including transaction confirmations, security alerts and promotional messages. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time through your account preferences.

TK99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime — particularly during major cricket events like PSL finals and T20 internationals — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• TK99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.
• TK99 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decision to place a bet, participate in a game or accept a promotion.
• TK99's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these terms limits TK99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

TK99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the TK99 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account.

Minor editorial corrections, formatting updates and clarifications that do not change the meaning of any clause may be made without notification.
